Please Note: Unlike other vitamin formulas, we have intentionally not included minerals in this formula.

This is done for 4 reasons:

• Many people get nauseous from certain minerals.
• Putting vitamins and minerals in separate formulas makes it much easier to customize dosing.
• Minerals are known to interact with certain antibiotics and need to be taken away from the antibiotics.
• Vitamins are stimulating & minerals are calming so it is optimal to take them at different times of day.

This multivitamin is constituted with the best ingredients available. The ratios and amounts of ingredients are included in a ratio that supports optimal health and helps manage stress and metabolic issues.

NOTE: One of the outstanding features of this product is the SOLE use of methyl folate instead of the folic acid. We use only the MOST stable form called Quatrefolic. This form can be utilized by the body to support various other processes needed for overall health. 

Natural folate is needed for DNA synthesis. Studies suggest that abnormal DNA synthesis may occur from too much folic acid which may increase the risk of developing various types of cancers (Adv Nutr January 2012 Adv Nutr vol. 3: 21-38, 2012) This was demonstrated in a study where leukemic children deteriorated after they were put on folic acid and improved greatly after a folic acid antagonist, aminopterin, was given. Fortunately, it is widely believed that Natural Folate does not have this negative effect.
